    Jan studied psychology and since ever he has worked in areas of innovations, modern trends in human resources and bringing behavioral economics into use. When the customer experience as specialization did not really exist here yet, Jan spent over 2 years in USA, working and learning new processes directly from pioneers in this area. He is freelancer now, lives in Prague and with his clients he looks for ways how to build positive customer experience and use it for company´s growth. Thanks to his natural creativity Jan likes adding playfulness and free and easy elements to seemingly boring processes.
